Press & Media Registration

Welcome to the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo Media Relations Section. Here's some important information you will need to know prior to the event, including rules, regulations, limitations and cool freebies at the Calgary Expo!

Please refer to us correctly as the Calgary Expo or our full name the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo in any article that you create.

Media Passes:

Fill out the Calgary Expo Media Accreditation Form. We require clear indication of your credentials and your employer. We can only grant interviews to approved media.

Not all Guests are available for interviews. We will do our best to help accommodate your requests. With over 70 Media and Creator Guests, several staff members and over 300 exhibitors available for interviews, we will be able to find an alternative to suit your needs.

Interviews:

First complete the Media Accreditation Form and then email your request "Attention Interview Requests" at Press@calgaryexpo.com. Our team will assist to arrange interviews in advance according to deadlines and availability.

We can accommodate advancers, pre-show, in studio, phone, and interviews onsite. Please send all your requests in advance. We will do our best to accommodate requests day-of, but cannot make any guarantees.

The Media Relations Team will be accessible at the Media Desk beginning Friday afternoon until Sunday, April 27-29 2012.
