Kris Straub is the creator of many different webcomics, including Checkerboard Nightmare, Starslip, Chainsaw Suit, and F-Chords. Alongside webcomics icon Scott Kurtz, Straub co-wrote and co-produced PVP: The Series and founded the Halfpixel group of webcomics creators. Alongside Halfpixel, he participated in Webcomics Weekly – an informative podcast on how to make webcomics – as well as the aptly named How To Make Webcomics book.
