Artbook

Since the Calgary Expo's inception in 2006, an exclusive limited edition artbook has been produced featuring the creations of the imaginative and generous artists who have made the Expo possible. The artists are given a theme and produce original pieces to be published in the artbook. The artbook is produced in conjunction with a charity, and the original art gets donated into our Charity Auction.

In 2012, the Calgary Expo raised over $27,000 for the Make A Wish Foundation and several other charities through its fundraising efforts.

2013 Artbook: Weird Adventures

The 2013 exclusive artbook is the largest book ever! This 72 page hardcover book will have a limited print run, and showcases original artwork from aspiring and professional artists. The cover is by artist extraordinaire Adam Hughes, and a back cover by Camilla d'Errico. Artists were given the theme "Weird Adventures" and had free reign to create whatever came to mind.

Many of the original pieces will also be on display at the Expo Store and at the Wrangler Room (located by the Boyce Theatre) on Saturday and Sunday.

A Charity auction will be held on Sunday at 4:30pm in the Boyce Theatre, where you can bid on your favorite pieces.
